If you’re thinking about requesting a refund, we understand. But before you continue, here’s a quick overview of how our refund policy works:
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- As we’ve mentioned on our pricing and checkout pages, your refund request must be made within 7 days of your first purchase.
- You’ve reached out to our support team and allowed us a fair chance to help.
- You’re facing a technical issue we couldn’t fix within a reasonable time.
We may deny refund refund if:
- It’s been more than 7 days since your first purchase.
- You’re requesting a renewal refund — these are non-refundable.
- You’ve already exported/migrated your site or made full use of ZipWP features.
- You’re feeling unsure about WordPress — we’ve got guides and friendly support to walk you through it.
- It’s simply a change of mind (buyer’s remorse).
